How we work together Firm to firm

  • You keep the client. We never contact your client without you.
  • You introduce, outside Japan. Viewings, negotiation and the legal explanation in Japan are done by us, as the licensed broker.
  • We hold the Japanese side. Disclosure, title, the exchange report, nationality registration, identity checks, tax agent and management.
  • Fees are agreed per deal, in writing, paid from our own fee within Japan's legal cap, and disclosed to your client. Firm to firm only; never to an individual employee.
  • Licensed partners only, listed publicly on our site. Nothing is ever added to the seller's price.
  • Answers within the hour, in your client's language, to you first.
  • After the purchase, your client gets the owner app, and you stay copied on resale.
